1. Achievement - Develop a stimulating, rich and broad curriculum in which staff plan and teach high quality lessons which allow learners to achieve high standards and to achieve their potential.
2. Quality of teaching – Maintain overall quality of teaching to be consistently good and increase quantity of outstanding teaching and ensure that Medium Term and Short Term Plans are detailed, cater for learner needs and motivate and enthuse learners.
3. Spiritual, moral, social and cultural education – Improve awareness and understanding of and empathy with other cultures within Britain and wider world communities and demonstrate the school’s distinctive character as a Church of England school.
4. Leadership and Management - Review and refine the Long Term Plan, develop effective management and team working across the governing body and staff. Review and monitor safety in and around school and safeguarding processes. Improve quality of Appraisal as a strategy for improving teaching.
